CHOOSE THE ROUTE

The part picks the process.

Answer four quick questions and see which route fits your part.

Thickest section
Bonded to a metal insert?

Example answers loaded: a thick cast PU part bonded to steel.

Hot-cast polyurethane
Suggested route

Hot-cast polyurethane

  • Thick sections cast and cure without the wall limits of injection moulding.

Also worth a look: Rubber compression / transfer moulding

ROUTE 01

Hot-cast polyurethane

Tougher than rubber at the same hardness, bonds straight onto steel, and the tooling is cheap enough for short runs.

TPU & TPE injection moulding

Short cycles and the same size and hardness from the first part to the last. Our 200-tonne servo cell is set up for it.

Rubber compression & transfer moulding

For large parts and rubber bonded to metal. Every compound batch is checked before it reaches the press.

Rubbers
NR, EPDM, NBR, CR, SBR
Hardness

3D printing

Hold the part in your hand before any steel is cut.

A ₹2,000 print before a ₹2,00,000 mould catches fit problems while they are still cheap to fix.

QUALITY

Checked before, during and after every batch.

We check the material going in, the process while it runs and the part coming out. You get the records.

BeforePre-production

Inputs confirmed

Material, tool and inserts checked before the run.

DuringIn-process

Process held

First part measured against your drawing before the batch continues.

AfterFinal

Output verified

Size, hardness and finish verified and documented.

With every batch

  • First-article report
  • Material batch certificate
  • Hardness and dimension records

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Cast PU and rubber moulding suit small batches; injection moulding pays back from a few hundred parts.

Can you make a part from a sample, without a drawing?

Yes. Send the sample and we quote from it. See reverse engineering.

Can you bond PU or rubber to our steel parts?

Yes. We prepare the steel in-house and bond PU or rubber onto it.

What documents come with a batch?

A first-article report on the first batch, then a batch certificate with every delivery. Full test reports on request.

How quickly can you start?

Prototypes from 48 hours. Your quote gives a date for each production step.

Where are the parts made?

At the group manufacturing and test facility Croslynk works with in Bengaluru.

REQUEST A PRODUCTION QUOTE

Send a drawing, a sample or a duty cycle.

We reply within one business day with the route, price and lead time.

What helps us quote fast

  1. 01
Drawing or 3D modelSTEP, SLDPRT, DWG or PDF. A sample works too.
  2. 02
Material & hardnessFor example PU 90 ShA or EPDM 70 ShA, or the duty if you are not sure.
  3. 03
QuantitiesPer order and per year, so we can size the tool.
  4. 04
Inserts & finishBonded steel parts, machined faces, marking and packing.
